Unfortunately, due to sanitation concerns, we cannot accept returns of your Loveable Loo toilet.

That said, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your Loveable Loo toilet, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do whatever we can to help resolve the issue. 

Damage During Shipping

We insure each of the Loveable Loo Store shipments with a third-party shipping insurer – if your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us ASAP at satisfaction@loveableloo.store so we can resolve it.
